may place an order on our website without having a sales
associate,
but your account will immediately be assigned to an
associate participating in our Advertising Coop. If you were
referred to Krystal Planet by someone, chances are they are
an associate and will need to be credited their commissions on your order. Please place your order
on their sales associate website (ask them for the URL
website address if you don't have it; example is
